Hublot watches - In 1980, a
watchmaker by the name of Carlo Crocco created his first watch. He made
his first watch have a gold case and rubber strap, which made him a mark in
watch making history. Crocco was the first watchmaker to ever successfully
combine a precious metal with rubber, hitting off his brand Hublot watches with
a kick start. Immediately after he introduced his very different watch, royal
families and celebrities were interested in Hublot watches from all over the
world. In only a few short years, the brand became one of the top watch making
brands in the world.
Crocco studied rubber for many, many years. In his studies, he found that rubber
always regenerates when it touches skin. So, if rubber gets all hard and out of
shape, it will return to normal once it is on human skin. This would allow a
very unique and everlasting comfort, Crocco figured, so he chose to use rubber
straps for his first line of watches. Granted, rubber is not the most
fashionable material out there, but that wasn’t what Crocco was about. He
thrived upon his philosophy of comfort and originality, and will always stick by
that.
Hublot watches soon gained the motto
‘Art of Fusion’. Crocco experimented combining different materials together to
see how they would look and react with each other. Combinations such as gold and
ceramic, and tantalum and red gold became some of Crocco’s top creations, and
made watches out of these fused materials.
Style isn’t everything, but it does mean something, and Crocco wasn’t blind to
see that. Hublot watches have a very unique style—not your typical fashion. With
